The unified Battlestar Galactica compilation post

For a while it seemed that every other post over at Bleedingfool.com involved Battlestar Galactica, specifically its terrible "reboot."

In fact, I've pulled it apart in so many different ways, I think it would be useful to have a handy place to reference the collection, so here we are.

These are the ones at Bleedingfool.com:

Yes, Battlestar Galactica (2004) was the First Punitive Remake

Battlestar Galacticaโ€™s Reboot was the forerunner of SJW Hollywood

Battlestar Galactica โ€™78: The Original Space Western

Again With the Battlestar Galactica Thingโ€ฆ

At the time I was also in a habit of doing posts linking to stories when they posted and adding some addition commentary here at Chateau Lloyd, so here are those links:

My Battlestar Galactica piece is up

Battlestar Galactica revisited

Yet another Battlestar Galactica post

Yes! Thank you! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ This is exactly what I've thinking all along ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜ŽโœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ I just don't see all the hype and praise 'Reimagined'Galactica gets (especially how unwatchable and unlikable the characters are!) ...And yet the One and Only (Original):Battlestar Galactica is constantly dismissed as a Star Wars ripoff! Not true, it was entirely it's own thing, with it's ( largely untapped) lore and mythos casually discarded by Ron Moore and Syfy! ๐Ÿ‘Ž Furthermore, it is in actual fact it IS the 'Reimagined' series that is the derivative and unoriginal mess - Space Above and Beyond, The Terminator, Blade Runner, Westworld (1973) with a bit of Galactica 1980 thrown in! ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿค”
And as you this was the first of all these punitive remakes and reboots etc that are totally devoid of the essence and spirit that made the original IPs so special and awesome in the first place! Culminating in woke Disney and the abomination that was The Last Jedi (I read somewhere that Rian Johnson was a fan of GINO - that's figures! ๐Ÿ’ฉ๐Ÿ‘Ž)
May the Lords of Kobol and the Force be with you always ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ‘โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ Here's hoping that one a bonafide continuation of Glen A Larson's underrated and underappreciated Classic will see light of day one day (despite what the GINO trolls may claim! ๐Ÿ’ฉ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿ‘Ž) โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿคฉ

Wow, thanks!
